Great Room But Awkward Arrangements
I booked a room at the Waikiki Grand Hotel; but that is not where the condo was. On the day of check in I received an unexpected message telling me to go to a completely different address on the other side of Waikiki. I also got vague instructions on how to get into the room. It turned out that the condo was inside a different, and no where near the Waikiki Grand. This is was very annoying because I had already booked all my tours with that pick up location and had to call and change them. There had been no notification from the hotel telling me that my room was in a completely different place until the day of check in. It was confusing and stressful. When I sent them a message asking for an explanation they just directed me to call booking.com. Check in was at 2PM. I arrived around 3PM and the room still wasn't ready. Some random dude was inside and told me to wait in the corridor.
The condo was just lovely - the furnishings were cosy and comfortable.

Perfect Condo in Waikiki
There was nothing to not like
I loved the place because it was close to Ala Moana and the beach. The condo was very clean and I liked how it had a fully supplied kitchen. Thank you very much. I would definitely love to stay there again.

very bad experience
the owner is completely absent, no assitance and bad behaviour. I can understand everything, but the guest still the guest, and if someone attached on the door of the apartment a sheet that wrote that you must leave the room before because someone didn't pay the fee (may be the owner)...well the owner should be clear, present and help who paid his/her room. No alternative to my opinion. He/her did the opposite
